Our People Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in our HQ at Glyka Nera, Athens Greece. In this position you will deliver end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level positions and lead employer branding initiatives for Inchcape Hellas, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent across our brands, aligned with growth objectives. The role combines operational recruitment execution with strategic talent attraction activities, with a strong focus on enhancing the employer value proposition, strengthening brand visibility in the talent market and creating impactful candidate engagement experiences across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes entry to mid-level, conduct competency-based interviews and source candidates through multiple channels.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing, networking and talent engagement initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with Inchcape's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Create and coordinate engaging employer branding content and campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including social media, careers pages, employee storytelling and recruitment marketing activities.
- Lead Early Careers initiatives (internships, International Management Trainee Program, etc.).
- Represent Inchcape Hellas at career fairs, university events and other talent attraction activities.
- Contribute to inclusive hiring practices.
- Support and actively participate in CSR initiatives that enhance employer brand and strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the broader People Team to support and deliver key HR initiatives.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS recruitment system, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Assist HR operational tasks, including onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment and employer branding KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, candidate engagement and brand awareness.
About You:
- Up to 3 years of hand-on experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and/or Employer Branding
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of employer branding principles, candidate engagement and talent attraction strategies
- Strong work ethics, showing accountability, reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Highly organized with the ability to manage roles, priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team success
- Initiative and curiosity
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Digital dexterity, including MS Office tools and adept to recruitment systems and technologies
