Toyota Hellas is seeking for a Vehicle Imports Lead

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and oversee the team activities to ensure seamless and effective end to end vehicle import process, from vehicle shipment to final delivery to dealerships.
  • Track, analyze, and report to the Logistics Manager on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and consequently propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and coordinate integration with 3PL vendors to ensure a seamless flow in the import to delivery chain.
  • Lead the partnership with customs brokers and other relevant authorities aiming to a smooth clearance of imported vehicles while effectively managing challenges
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, finance, and sales planning, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient vehicle distribution.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an operations or logistics position
  • Fluent in English language (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with ERP applications, experience in SAP ERP will be considered an asset
  • Problem solving skils
