What’s the opportunity?

Commencing in January 2024, this 2-3 year Graduate Program will allow you to experience the entire automotive value chain, working in rotations across all of our key businesses and functions, including engagement with our Asia Pacific colleagues and potential exposure to global projects.

 

We deliver a rare opportunity to explore the automotive industry end-to-end and build a career that helps shape its future. You will also benefit from:

  • Rotation Based Design: The program is based on rotations across our entire value chain, meaning you will get to experience every aspect of the business (fulfilment/logistics, retail, distribution, and central functions) to build a deep understanding of the industry and learn where your true passion lies.
  • Comprehensive development program: Your graduate rotations are supported by a development program to support your wholistic development across the automotive industry and your own interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Support: You will receive your own Inchcape mentor from our Senior Leadership Team and throughout your rotation you will have the opportunity to build your internal and external networks.
  • Project and Business Case Development: As well as business-based projects, during your rotations you will be required to work on a team project to develop a business opportunity as part the program.

 

Program Eligibility

We are targeting graduates wanting to work in the dynamic automotive industry with one of Australia's most successful automotive companies. To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Completed/completing a relevant degree in 2023; we are looking for those with passion for brand marketing, digital marketing, sales, operational excellence, project management and logistics.
  • A passion for creating an exceptional customer experience and building customer advocacy at all touchpoints.
  • Strong communication abilities, excellent organisational skills, ability to thrive in a team environment, be able to manage your time effectively and have a desire to perform above and beyond expectations.
  • You must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen at the time of application.
