Role Overview

Lead the development and execution of the regional F&I strategy across Northern Europe, driving performance, alignment, and sustainable growth while ensuring consistency across diverse markets and OEM requirements. Act as the senior regional point of contact for financial services partners and Group stakeholders, defining KPIs, optimizing processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring F&I remains a strong value driver. Provide strategic leadership and coaching to market teams, leveraging data-driven insights, commercial acumen, and change management expertise to deliver long-term business impact.

 

What'll do:

  • Develop and implement projects to achieve cluster F&I goals across Northern Europe, ensuring consistency and efficiency while aligning with Group initiatives, tools, and platforms.
  • Act as senior regional point of contact for financial services partners (e.g., TFS, insurers, banks, leasing and risk partners) and for the Group F&I team.
  • Partner with markets to analyze trends and competition, identify growth opportunities, and ensure F&I remains an accretive value driver, addressing underperformance where needed.
  • Define, track, and report consistent F&I KPIs across markets; identify and resolve process or product issues at regional and local levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and optimizing F&I processes and products to enhance commercial performance and customer experience.
  • Identify regional and market F&I risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders; support long-term F&I policy and commercial strategy.
  • Coach and support F&I teams, supervise matrix teams in markets (dotted-line), and leverage strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.

 

About you 

  • Demonstrated experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.

  • University degree.
  • English - full professional proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and evaluate business cases.

  • Well-developed commercial acumen, including experience in business case development and post-implementation review.

  • Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at director and manager level.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Proven change management experience, with a pragmatic and structured approach to implementation.

  • High level of flexibility and cultural adaptability to operate effectively across diverse markets and cross-functional teams.
