Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Parts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the manager to promote the Auto-Parts E-commerce platform to potential sellers and follow up the enquiry of the potential sellers until deal close
• Negotiate and finalize the business terms and operation details for each sellers
• Liaize with IT team to complete the new seller setup at the platform such as contact information, product list, pricing, stock, commission rate, warranty, return policy, etc.
• Collect the sellers’ voice on the platform and formulate the improvement plan for system team action.
• Provide support on ad hoc various projects on parts business/operations
• Support Ad Hoc requests for analysis
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
• 5 years of working experience in E-commerce/Vendor management/Sales Support/Business development
• Degree holder in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Quick learner, excellent in negotiation skill &organization skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
