What you'll do

  • Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and mid-term plans.

  • Perform variance analysis and deliver insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

  • Ensure commercial teams operate in full compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in audit and compliance activities.

  • Contribute to automation and digitization of reporting and planning processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.

  • New business development – Support the commercial teams to prepare strong investment cases and help define processes & reporting to support the setup of new business channels.

  • Support Ad Hoc requests for analysis.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related fields with CPA qualifications preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analysis within a multinational organization.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Delivery focused with an ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to create effective relationships with stakeholders at many levels.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financials to business strategy.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective business partnering and communication across functions.

  • High attention to detail, accountability, and integrity.

  • Adaptability, agility, and a proactive mindset.
