Our Toyota Aftersales team is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing hospitality in a professional manner—both in person and over the phone
• Manage appointment scheduling for the service advisor team, ensuring readiness before customer arrival
• Answer service hotline calls professionally and conduct booking confirmation calls
• Provide administrative support to the service advisor team
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product knowledge and usage
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills, along with basic computer proficiency
• Exhibit a “CAN DO” attitude and collaborate effectively with team members

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Holders of Driving License No.1 & 2 will be given priority

We offer you

• Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents).
• 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm (Overtime work in Saturday base on operation need), Sunday off
