Our Car Finance & Insurance team is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our team in Hong Kong.

What you'll do 

• Handle customer enquiries of motor insurance
• Process and approve motor insurance applications
• Follow up motor insurance renewal invitations
• Sales of motor insurance products
• Policy administration

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Diploma or above
• Holder of IIQE I&II is a MUST
• At least 3 years solid experience in insurance customer service
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS applications, Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
