Job role & Responsibilities

·       Handle customer enquiries of motor insurance

·       Process and approve motor insurance applications

·       Follow up motor insurance renewal invitations

·       Sales of motor insurance products

·       Policy administration

Skills & Experience

·       Diploma or above

·       Holder of IIQE I&II is a preferred

·       At least 3 years solid experience in insurance customer service

·       Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

·       Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

·       Proficiency in MS applications, Word and Excel

·       Strong interpersonal and communications skills

WORK LOCATION (Shuttle Bus Provided): 

Manulife Financial Centre, 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
