Job Description

  • Oversee parts replenishment activities including OEMs, local and oversea suppliers to maintain a high fulfillment rate and efficient inventory level
  • Manage the warehouse and delivery operations to maximize the operational efficiency with minimized cost
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of the suppliers and 3PLs to meet our standards
  • Manage and review the monthly KPIs and carry out the Kaizen actions (continuous improvement) to enhance the productivity, utilization and service quality
  • Ad hoc projects from OEMs, EH&S, Automation and Digitalization as assigned
  • Train, develop, direct and motivate subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Engineering, Logistics, Business or related disciplines
  • 5 years relevant experience; experience in automotive is an advantage
  • Good team player, analytical, open and detail-minded
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC application e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
