Job Description
- Oversee parts replenishment activities including OEMs, local and oversea suppliers to maintain a high fulfillment rate and efficient inventory level
- Manage the warehouse and delivery operations to maximize the operational efficiency with minimized cost
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of the suppliers and 3PLs to meet our standards
- Manage and review the monthly KPIs and carry out the Kaizen actions (continuous improvement) to enhance the productivity, utilization and service quality
- Ad hoc projects from OEMs, EH&S, Automation and Digitalization as assigned
- Train, develop, direct and motivate subordinates.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Engineering, Logistics, Business or related disciplines
- 5 years relevant experience; experience in automotive is an advantage
- Good team player, analytical, open and detail-minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC application e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
