Officer-Technical

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical field force for branches.
• Communicate with OEM for any technical issues and inform the latest information to the dealer.
• Report outstanding cases to management for clear visibility.
• Safety case coordination.
• As a qualified product support from factory standard if required. 
• Participate in oversea training courses from factory, & Support workshop on technical knowhow.
• Ensure that the workshop contributes by providing standardized diagnosis procedures and repair work to the satisfaction of servicing customers.
• Support factory campaign field actions, campaign launch preparation, parts, instruction, tools, and process.
• HV and safety cases support to workshop.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned. 
• Support team members on trouble shooting and fault elimination.
• Conduct mystery shopper campaign & Support Factory Audit.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Automobile Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience.
• Mature & independent
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good PC Skills
