Our Aftersales team is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding vehicle service, repairs and maintenance.
• Provide technician with information about the vehicle that needs to be inspected.
• Establish good customer relationships and a strong brand image through excellent services.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Holders of Driving Licenses No.1 & 2 will be given priority

We offer you

• Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents).
• 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
