Our Aftersales team is seeking a Service Operations Genius to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

 

What you’ll do

  • Conduct regular business & KPIs analysis for each Service Centre, identify operation improvement opportunities and propose improvement plan.

  • Assist Service Manager to conduct operation study, implement workflow and efficiency improvements.

  • Assist Service Manager to work out local campaign/promotions, conduct measurement on the result and propose for fine-tuning.

  • Conduct customer survey and analysis on service satisfaction, propose best practice and conduct standardization in all service centres.

  • Provide regular report/presentation to update project/improvement progress to Management.

  • Conduct market research and coordinate with Retail Development Team for marketing campaign.

  • Work with Service Project Leads / Officers on new product/service development.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Degree holder in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in customer service, aftersales operations & project management.

  • Excellent presentation skills with high sensitivity to data.

  • Capable to work independently, detail-minded, well organizing and coordination.

  • Good communication skills and a good team player.

  • Possess project management skill Innovative, fast and adaptive thinking.

  • Excellent knowledge in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Candidates with less related experience will also be considered for appointment at a junior position.
