Job Title: IT General Controls Specialist (f/m/o)
Location: Poland / Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, self-driven IT General Controls Specialist to support and strengthen the IT control framework across the Europe & Africa region. This is a highly independent regional role, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, working with stakeholders across multiple countries and operating in a fast-changing environment. You will work closely with IT, Finance, Risk and Audit teams, supporting IT controls, governance and compliance activities across the business.

What'll do:

• Coordinate and support IT General Controls (ITGC) activities across 14 markets
• Lead ITGC testing, remediation follow-ups and control reviews
• Partner with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate IT risks
• Support Internal and External Audit activities
• Review and improve IT control processes and governance practices
• Support controls related to ERP and financial systems (e.g. SAP)
• Work closely with regional and local teams in a dynamic international environment

About you

• 7+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, Internal Controls or IT Compliance
• Strong understanding of ITGC, SOX, COBIT, ITIL, COSO or ISO 27001
• Experience in testing IT controls and working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Experience gained in Big4 or a complex international environment would be a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and drive topics forward
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence to challenge, influence and work with demanding stakeholders
• High level of adaptability, flexibility and ownership
• Excellent English skills
