Inchcape is seeking an Aftersales Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives across multiple brands that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue through after-sales programs and services. This role focuses on driving engagement with existing customers, promoting after-sales products and services, and ensuring a superior post-purchase experience that strengthens brand loyalty and supports business growth.

About you:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful after-sales campaigns and programs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer relationship management, or after-sales/service marketing roles (automotive or consumer goods industry preferred)
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of customer data analytics, segmentation, and loyalty program management.
