- As an aftersales window person for communication bridging in between dealer and principle
- Assisting service operation activities to achieve business goals
- Work collaboratively cross departments to ensure running of business objective are consistently
- Actively initiates local service marketing plan and supervising ongoing programs
- Implement promotional programs and best practice plans/programs
- Ensure aftersales project implementation plan is built, formally delivered, and ensure all are completed as planned
- Ensure every aspect aftersales project during pilot and on boarding process
- Proactively addresses any potential problems that may arise in the project
- Assisting dealer for solving handling customer complain if needed
