What you'll do:
This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, manager healthy stock term, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships, and ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved within their assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strategic planning, and the ability to lead and inspire others to deliver exceptional results.
- Leadership and Management:
• Provide coaching and support to dealership sales teams to improve their skills and performance.
• Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the dealership network. -  Sales Management:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for brand in the designated area.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
• Regularly review dealership performance and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies - Dealer Network Support:
• Build strong relationships with authorized dealerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to dealerships on sales processes, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to assess operations, provide training collaboratively with respective department, and offer constructive feedback - Marketing and Promotions:
• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement localized campaigns and promotional activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements to maximize impact. This is to align with revenue, gross margin and expense ratios.
• Represent the brand at regional events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and awareness. - Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop action plans based on sales data and market trends to optimize performance. 
About you:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•    Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial and area sales role.
•    Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software and Microsoft Office 
•    Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
