 Job Description

  • Responsible to manage and handling Customer Services system application, future digital customer system and Best Customer
    Experience Product to support Customer Services business operation with high customer satisfaction and high parts revenue through
    seamless process, efficient, effective and digitalize.
  • Business process of Dealers management system (DMS) – Autoline with Module Parts, Warranty, Workshop, CRM, Time Loading to
    be operating well and in line with market condition
  • Provided Customer Services System Consultancy to sustain dealer-individual efficiency potentials in related to business system &
    process, such as Xentry Portal, Xentry Diagnostic, Xentry Parts, Xentry Parts, EVA, VEDOC, TIPS, WIS, ASRA, DSB, SPPS, etc.
  • To lead the roll out of Future Digital Customer Services System and Best Customer Experience Product, such as Sales force, Audatex
    connected Car, Mercedes Me, Digital Pay, Digital Mobile solution, Digital Drive communication, Online After sales Booking, etc
  • Manage Hardware, Software, Special tools and Equipment rent policy and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate (min. S1) in IT, Engineering or Management.
  • Computer skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the specified role or industry
  • Project management
  • Specific knowledge/ Skill
  • Knowledge in Project Management and quality service oriented
  • Expert in Automotive system and business process
  • Able to analyze complex problems well and comprehensively and independently develop individual solution strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong communication, creativity, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, energetic and result-oriented
  • Team player who is able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of ISO Management related to Environment, Health, Safety and Eco Industry
