What you'll do:
To conceptualize, design, and produce creative visual assets that support marketing strategies for multiple brands. The Creative Designer ensures brand consistency across all materials, enhances visual storytelling, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs that drive brand engagement and customer appeal.
1. Creative Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts, visual assets, and campaigns aligned with each brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
- Support product launches, advertising campaigns, events, and dealer marketing materials with high-quality design output.
2. Visual Asset Production
- Design and produce a wide range of materials including brochures, advertisements, digital content, event branding, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
- Ensure brand guidelines are strictly followed across all creative outputs.
3. Digital & Multimedia Content
- Create engaging digital assets such as social media content, web visuals, video storyboards, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with digital teams to optimize creative assets for online platforms.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the Country Marketing Director, brand managers, and external agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
5. Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities to deliver fresh and effective creative solutions.
6. Reporting & Quality Control
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the Country Marketing Director.
- Review, proof, and ensure quality of all creative outputs prior to release.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in media relations, event management, and crisis communication.
- Strong background in managing multiple brands simultaneously, with the ability to differentiate and tailor communication strategies per brand.
- Strong track record in managing media relations, press events, product launches, and crisis communication.
- Experience collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry or other multibrand, consumer-driven sectors
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software.
