Responsibility

  1. Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives.
  2. User Consultancy and Support: Provide consultation and support with local/region/global team to Inchcape end-users and Inchcape dealers on DMS and other critical systems. Develop the user guide materials, documentation, facilitate adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
  3. Solution Design and Implementation: Design solutions leveraging for automation with MS Sharepoint, Power Automate, DMS and its integration platforms to streamline business processes. Develop detailed plans for implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
  4. Demand and Project Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance to change through proactive engagement and support.
  5. Collaborate and engage with business key /BPO stakeholder, project teams and other related parties (internal/external) to improve business processes that will be impacted by the products generated as business applications.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in the design and implementation of business processes. Implement governance mechanisms to maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
  7. Monitor quality, effectiveness and efficiency of IT services and solutions.
  8. Communicate and report performance of IT services and solutions towards relevant IT and business stakeholders
  9. Generate workshops / discovery efforts / documentation of/on the requirements of business / stakeholders 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field  
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT, working in Automotive industry or similar position and project management activities.
  • Experience with DMS Autoline and Incadea would be advantages
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, optimization, and automation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Tools supporting Agile methodologies such as Jira, and confluence
  • Microsoft Office365 tools (such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps will be advantage)
