What You’ll Lead Next

Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs that drive showroom traffic, enhance customer experience, and support sales objectives across multiple automotive brands. The Retail Marketing Manager ensures consistent brand representation at the retail level, manages dealer marketing activities, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). 

 

What you´ll do

 

1. Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning
•    Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to support sales and brand objectives across dealerships.
•    Align retail marketing initiatives with overall brand positioning and national marketing campaigns.

2. Dealer Marketing Support & Collaboration
•    Work closely with dealers to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
•    Provide marketing toolkits, promotional materials, and guidance for local campaigns.
•    Monitor and evaluate dealer marketing activities for effectiveness and consistency.

3. Campaign Development & Execution
•    Plan and manage retail-level campaigns, seasonal promotions, and showroom activations to drive customer engagement and leads.
•    Coordinate with creative, digital, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Presence
•    Ensure premium brand experience in all retail touchpoints, including showroom displays, events, and customer-facing materials.
•    Conduct regular audits of dealer showrooms to maintain brand identity and customer journey excellence.

5. Budget Management & ROI Analysis
•    Manage retail marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
•    Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on ROI and dealer feedback.

6. Reporting & Insights
•    Provide regular reports on retail marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends to the Country Marketing Director.
•    Deliver actionable insights to improve retail marketing strategies and execution

 

About you

  • Proven experience managing dealer/distributor marketing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement retail campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Knowledge of competitive dynamics, customer behaviour, and market trends influencing retail performance
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing principles, in-store promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales and marketing data to guide decision-making.
