Job Purpose :
The Sales Director is responsible for driving national vehicle sales volume, revenue growth, and market share by leading strategic sales planning, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and managing a high-performing dealer network. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in the Indonesian automotive market, a proven ability to build and sustain dealer partnerships, and the capability to translate commercial strategy into execution across regions. The Sales Director plays a critical role in shaping sales direction, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering business targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.
