Sales Operation Specialist

We are hiring: Sales Operation Specialist
Location: Sequis Tower, South Jakarta, Indonesia 

What you´ll do

1.    Administrative Support
•    Prepare, update, and maintain sales and distribution documentation (vehicle allocation lists, import/delivery documents, dealer order forms, etc.).
•    Ensure timely processing of sales orders and related documents in compliance with internal policies.
•    Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for all sales and delivery transactions.

2.    Reporting & Data Management
•    Consolidate sales, inventory, and delivery data for reporting to management, dealers, and regional HQ.
•    Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, S&OP packs, and performance dashboards.
•    Support managers with data analysis by ensuring accuracy and completeness of inputs.

3.    Coordination & Communication
•    Act as an administrative contact point for dealers regarding order, allocation, and delivery documentation.
•    Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and customs teams on required documentation.
•    Support scheduling and follow-ups for internal and dealer meetings.

4.    Process & Compliance Support
•    Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
•    Support continuous improvement projects to enhance administrative efficiency in sales operations.
•    Assist in audit and compliance checks by providing accurate records and documentation.

About you

• Experience in automotive industry (OEM, ATPM, distributor, or dealership) preferred.
• Familiar with documentation processes related to sales orders, distribution, or logistics.
• High accuracy in managing documentation and data entry.
