Inchcape Indonesia is seeking a Senior Manager Network Development & Enablement to join our team in South Jakarta, Indonesia. In this position you will be responsible for analysing market opportunities, planning dealer coverage strategy, and overseeing the end-to-end dealer lifecycle, from new dealer recruitment, facility development, and CI compliance to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. 

What you’ll do:

1. Dealer Network Strategy & Planning
2. New Dealer Recruitment and Appointment
3. Dealer Standards Facility & Operational Development
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture/Civil Engineering (for facility-related aspects), or a related field.
• Experienced in dealer development, network planning or retail operations within the automotive industry. 
• Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques to assess coverage potential and dealer performance.
• Strong data driven mindset with the ability to analyse market coverage, dealer KPIs, and operational performance.
• Deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape, dealer economics, and how dealer network quality affects sales performance and customer experience.
