Our People team is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this position you will serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable business growth, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable performance. This role provides leadership across workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, company values, and regulatory requirements. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging people insights and HR expertise to enhance organizational capability and employee experience.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong experience in workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and change management.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams in a complex, matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience working in regional or multinational environments is preferred
