Responsibilities
- Guide and comply to warranty guideline in GWM and Inchcape.
- Handling warranty claims from initial submission to final resolution, including documenting details, collecting necessary information, and verifying eligibility.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty claims, returns, and related activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Analyzing warranty claims, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to warranty processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Preparing and analyzing warranty reports to track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or a related field.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
