We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Specialist to join our Group Communications team at Incchape on a fixed term 12months contract. This is an exciting new position with a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects and with senior stakeholders in a global business environment in a varied role. This position involves creating engaging video content, designing internal and external campaign content, strategic presentations, and corporate communications. The role plays an important part in the storytelling of our brand narrative, ensuring it resonates powerfully and engagingly with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and video production, with a strong ability to manage projects to budget and time.

 

Job role and responsibilities:

Designing for / managing a broad range of creative projects across digital, social and print

Work closely with other Group Communications Team members to create compelling content for internal and external communications, presentations, and corporate messaging

Act as an internal brand guardian, supporting the business to develop stronger, on-brand communications

Develop and present design concepts and drafts to internal teams, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to translate creative concepts into effective campaigns

Brief and advise external creative partners and other suppliers with design projects as required

Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos from concept to final delivery, including motion graphics, animations, and video editing

Manage multiple projects to time and budget in a fast-paced environment

 

 

skills and Experience required:

Proven experience in graphic design, video production, presentation design, and corporate communications

 

Strong project management and organisational skills - ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines.

 

Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their creative and campaign needs and translate them into effective design solutions

 

Proficiency in design software, video production and editing, and presentation tools like PowerPoint.

 

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or relevant job experience

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and visual storytelling

 

Experience working in a corporate environment is essential  
Photography skills and experience working on social media or website content is desirable.
