We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Performance and Talent Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and implementation of our global ‘Performance & Goals’ and ‘Talent & Succession’ processes. This key role will support the execution of our Accelerate+ strategy and contribute to the success of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Role Overview

As the Group Performance and Talent Manager, you will work closely with the Group Head of Talent & Development, as well as regional Talent leads, to ensure a consistent, effective global approach that aligns with regional needs. Your focus will be on the smooth rollout and continuous improvement of these processes across all regions, working in partnership with the Group Reward team to create an integrated experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the tools, training, communications, and reporting for the global Performance and Talent processes are fit for purpose, and that they are efficiently executed via our global HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors (‘People Hub’).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ‘Performance & Goals’ process, including system design and continuous improvement within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Propose and agree on the global annual calendar for Performance & Talent activities.
  • Design and develop global training, facilitation resources, and core content for communications.
  • Ensure performance, talent, and reward processes align, particularly with annual reward activities such as salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Create reporting and dashboards that enable regions and markets to self-serve data and insights, while providing regular global summaries.
  • Gather feedback and apply internal learnings and external best practices to enhance processes.
  • Support global Performance, Talent, and Development projects to promote ongoing personal growth and broader experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a People function, particularly in areas such as Talent & Development, People Business Partner, or Reward.
  • Extensive experience working in Performance and Talent Management.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and focus on practical, user-centric solutions across diverse regions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with cultural awareness and the ability to build effective relationships globally.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating complexity in a matrix environment.
  • A self-starter with initiative, energy, and a strong track record of delivery.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, staying close to industry trends and translating them into practical, impactful business opportunities.
  • Organised, with a data and insight-driven mindset.

Working Environment

  • Hybrid working: Global candidates are welcome, with flexibility required to align with the UK time zone and other regions.
  • If based in the UK, a reasonable proximity to London is required, with occasional travel to London (2-4 times per month).
  • Fluent English required; Spanish desirable
