This role combines deskside and remote support, with occasional off‑site support for meetings and events, while staying connected to our global Digital Delivery Centre community.
What you’ll do
- Provide everyday IT support to colleagues, both on‑site and remotely.
- Fix common hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively.
- Set up, update, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Log and manage support tickets in the ITSM tool, keeping clear and accurate records.
- Support basic application issues and help users understand how to use IT tools.
- Apply updates, patches, and security measures to keep systems safe and compliant.
- Assist the infrastructure team with simple hands‑on tasks when needed.
About you
You will be successful in this role if you are:
- Knowledge in Windows, macOS and common IT tools.
- Comfortable troubleshooting everyday technical problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear and friendly when explaining technical topics to non‑technical users.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise when things get busy.
- Detail‑oriented and consistent with documentation and following processes.
- Customer‑focused, patient and committed to delivering great service.
- Fluent in English.
- Mindset of continuous learning is essential.
