Our Group Internal Control team is seeking an Internal Control Manager – IT and Digital to join our team in London (Hybrid). In this position you will have act as a champion of Controls & Compliance and a recognised as a credible SME for senior stakeholders across Global Teams, working with the team to ensure a control environment at Inchcape.

What you’ll do

As an Internal Control Manager – IT and Digital, you will:

  • Deliver our global strategy for IT and Digital services controls and compliance program providing leadership to foster a strong internal control environment. 
  • Support design and implementation of IT General Controls compliance framework aligning with industry practices and changes in regulations.
  • Ensure a programme of effective and efficient monitoring (and testing) of IT General Controls compliance.
  • Articulate the benefits of automation and act as a key enabler of controls automation adoption across the Group.
  • Consulting with key Group Stakeholders on changes clearly setting out the impact on the ITGC controls framework in line with risk.
  • Establish and run formal governance programmes to support a suite of projects and initiatives.
  • To lead an insightful ITGCs reporting process to be shared with the Group, Audit Committee and External Auditors.
  • To foster a working environment that are people focussed, inclusive, productive, and engaged.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll be:

  • Experienced in IT Compliance, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Holding (or working towards) certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001.
  • Skilled in designing and managing Global Controls Centres of Excellence and Integrated Controls Frameworks.
  • Credible and confident in building relationships at senior levels of the organisation.
  • An excellent communicator, able to think clearly, express ideas, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Recognised for discretion, ethics, and confidentiality in everything you do.
