We are seeking a dedicated People Hub Administrator to join our dynamic team of HR system specialists. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the SuccessFactors team business-as-usual activities as well as annual cycle of projects. You’ll be working closely with a supportive team who will provide training and have an opportunity to contribute to the future of HR technology at our organisation.
The People Hub (SuccessFactors) Administrator role has 2 distinct areas of responsibility:
Primarily to provide administrative support to the People Excellence Team
People Hub administration to support annual business processes
Job role and responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and at pace with key stakeholders – HRIS team & Regional People teams
Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple activities & initiatives simultaneously
SuccessFactors administration tasks, including but not limited to:
Creating & Managing Calibration Sessions
Facilitate & Support Calibration Sessions
Support Reporting Requests for Calibration
Routing performance/compensation forms
Manage document libraries
Outlook shared inbox management
Ticketing system reporting & KPI dashboards
Environment Access Management
Assisting our Qualtrics team during Be Heard Survey cycles
Skills and Experience required:
Highly proficient in Excel including pivot tables & charts and formulas
Great organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage timelines and deliver in accordance with customer requirements
Punctual and able to perform time-specific and time-sensitive business critical tasks
Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with high attention to detail
Team member - ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and manage up, down and across the organization
SuccessFactors experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
A strong interest in HR systems is highly desirable.
