The Qualtrics Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and analysing surveys and feedback systems using the Qualtrics platform. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their data collection needs, designing surveys to meet those needs, and ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Survey Design

  • Develop and design surveys using Qualtrics, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the specific requirements of different projects.
  • Implement advanced survey logic, branching, and embedded data to enhance survey functionality.
  • Pre-test and troubleshoot surveys to ensure accuracy and reliability.

 

Data Collection Management

  • Monitor and manage ongoing surveys to ensure proper data collection and respondent engagement.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and cleaning processes.
  • Manage survey distribution and response collection through various channels (email, social media, etc.).

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse survey data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present survey findings.
  • Utilise Qualtrics reporting tools and other analytical software as needed.

 

Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their survey and data collection needs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on how to use Qualtrics and interpret data.
  • Stay updated with the latest Qualtrics features and best practices.

 

Technical Skills and Troubleshooting

  • Address and resolve technical issues related to the Qualtrics platform.
  • Customise and configure Qualtrics workflows, integrations, and APIs as needed.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with the Qualtrics platform, including survey design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Understanding of research methodologies and survey design best practices.
