Join  Group Headquarters, part of Inchcape’s global network, and play a key role in delivering great experiences for our customers and colleagues. As the face of our organisation, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, expertly managing the front desk and supporting smooth office operations. With plenty of exciting opportunities and challenges, this role will help drive both our success and your career progression to the next level.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, and handle calls, emails, and refreshments
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, including setup, clear-down, and managing room bookings via Condeco
  • Manage office access control for new starters and leavers, issuing access cards and onboarding on office policies
  • Oversee courier/postal services and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Liaise with building management, coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security systems including emergency rota
  • Manage office facilities such as pest control, plant care, fire safety equipment, and first aid provisions
  • Support admin tasks including business card production, staff subscriptions, and tracking office expenses
  • Assist with ad hoc projects like office refurbishments and branding initiatives

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who maintains a professional yet friendly tone and can effectively multitask to manage competing priorities.

You’ll be:

  • Experienced in a reception or office management role, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth office operations
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Trustworthy in handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining security protocols
