Sales Consultant

Inchcape Automotive Retail (NZ) Limited is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Sales team at the KGM & LDV dealership in Wellington.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer-focused vehicle and aftermarket sales. 

Your mission? To deliver exceptional experiences that turn prospects into loyal customers. 

From the moment a customer walks through our doors, you’ll be their guide—building rapport, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle. You’ll also play a key role in our aftermarket sales, ensuring customers have access to the best products to enhance their driving experience.

You'll be excited by:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly personal sales targets. Be an advocate for our finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions.

You will: 

• Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a sales role where you’ve demonstrated your ability to deliver great experiences.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow alongside your teammates.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers both in person and through digital platforms.
• Drive and Determination: A full NZ driver’s license and a passion for helping customers find the vehicle that fits their needs.
