We’re looking for an MLOPS Engineer Junior to join our DAP Platform. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects and solve complex problems, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills to consult, negotiate, and engage effectively at all levels.  You will provide technical support to the Data Science team, focusing on deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production ML models to ensure reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing MLOps workflows such as CI/CD pipelines, automated model retraining, code versioning, and monitoring systems, enabling scalable and efficient machine learning operations across the Inchcape Group.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML pipelines and workflows in Azure Databricks.
• Manage end-to-end data orchestration using Azure Data Factory, Function App, and Logic Apps.
• Maintain code repositories, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub.
• Monitor model performance and manage automated retraining workflows to maintain accuracy.  
• Lead deployment of ML models and resources to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and production model deployment 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field  
• Strong understanding of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management 
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
