Our ABP & TRAC team is looking for a driven and customer-focused Rental Supervisor to lead rental operations and support daily business performance.

This role is responsible for driving rental sales, supervising and developing Rental and Service Agents, and supporting the Assistant Rental Manager in day-to-day operations while ensuring excellent customer service, asset protection, and operational efficiency.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Lead, train, and supervise Rental and Service Agents to ensure high standards of customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive daily rental sales, utilization, promotions, and incentives while monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, performance coaching, and employee development to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee rental operations including customer qualification, rental agreements, inventory control, vehicle availability, overdue follow-ups, and accident reporting.
  • Ensure rental units are properly maintained, cleaned, inventoried, and safeguarded as “paid demonstrators” in coordination with Service teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to support positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate rental documentation, reports, inventories, and departmental records in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of rental staff as needed.
  • Attend staff and management meetings and ensure timely, professional attendance and workplace standards.

 

About you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in rental, automotive, or customer-facing operations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, schedules, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Valid Saipan Driver’s License required.
