Atkins Kroll is looking for an organized and customer-focused Aftersales Admin Clerk to support our Service and Parts operations in Saipan. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth aftersales administration, accurate documentation, and excellent customer support across multiple operational areas.
What you’ll do
• Greet customers professionally and assist with service inquiries, appointments, and status updates
• Process service payments, prepare repair order documentation, and maintain accurate records in dealership systems
• Support Service Advisors, Estimators, and Warranty Administration with documentation and reporting needs
• Create purchase orders, coordinate vendor billing, and assist with loaner or rental vehicle tracking
• Reconcile daily transactions, deposits, and support department billing and closing procedures
• Maintain organized filing systems and assist with internal and external audit preparation
• Provide administrative support for reporting, customer follow-ups, meetings, and operational initiatives
About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 12 months of work experience required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and financial transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership management systems
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
