Atkins Kroll is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Admin & BDC Agent to support our sales operations in Saipan. This role combines customer engagement, business development support, and administrative coordination to help drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support lead follow-up activities
- Maintain and update CRM records, appointment logs, and customer information accurately
- Prepare and process sales documents including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and sales packets
- Support sales consultants and departments with administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with sales campaigns, marketing activities, and coordination of promotional events
- Compile reports, organize filing systems, and maintain office supply inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat and referral business
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid Saipan Driver’s License required
