Our Rental team in Tinian is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Agent to support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, maintaining vehicles, and delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll do

• Clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors to ensure high presentation standards
• Transport vehicles and customers safely as directed by management
• Organize and move vehicles on the lot in accordance with dealership standards
• Perform basic vehicle checks and light maintenance (fluids, wipers, tires)
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any issues or concerns promptly
• Assist customers and visitors, providing support or directing them as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
