Regional Sales Manager Toyota & Lexus - Used cars

Ready to make a real impact on the Toyota & Lexus used car market in Belgium? As Regional Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our distribution network in Flanders. Your mission? Driving long-term profitability and growth for both the network and the brands. By supporting dealers and the network, you'll ensure they hit their UC sales targets by closely monitoring KPIs and elevating dealer professionalization plans.

Your responsibilities

• Achieve commercial growth objectives for UC sales for Flanders.
• Guide and assist agencies in meeting UC sales targets.
• Monitor various UC KPIs, from stock levels to presentation, and share best practices within your network.
• Motivate the network to boost Finance & Insurance product sales related to UCs.
• Improve sales of UC-dedicated Accessories.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends and developments to seize UC sales opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact point for the network and dealers.
• Report to the Head of Sales UC and collaborate closely with the remarketing manager and Regional Manager Sales UC Wallonia.

Your experience

• Minimum 5 years in a sales role, with automotive knowledge as a plus.
• Experience working with independent franchise dealers.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in inventory control and management.
