JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance within the automotive business.
This role works closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver effective and consistent marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives. The role includes planning and executing digital and on-ground activities, managing content and communications, and supporting customer engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with a good understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.

Role Purpose

Driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for the dealership.

planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of digital and retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and sales requirements.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Establish brand positioning and identify target audiences across models and segments.

Develop annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business and sales targets.

Translate business objectives into clear, measurable marketing initiatives.

Plan campaigns based on product lifecycles, inventory availability, and market demand.

Campaign & Content Execution (Digital & Retail)

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Coordinate product launches, promotions, showroom activities, roadshows, and events.

Create and manage marketing assets including visuals, videos, and point of sale (POS) materials.

Ensure all content complies with CI, brand tone, and approval requirements.

Lead Generation & Sales Alignment

Develop and optimize digital lead generation campaigns.
-
Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion impact.
-
Work closely with Sales Supervisor to align campaigns with sales priorities.
-
Ensure timely handover and follow-up of digital leads to sales teams.

Develop marketing communications materials for all touchpoints which may include print materials, car displays and showrooms to ensure brand integrity and consistency.

Digital Platform & Website Management

Manage dealership website content, updates, and campaign landing pages.

Ensure pricing, visuals, and product information are accurate and up to date.

Coordinate with web and content agencies on enhancements and maintenance.

Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.

Assist in preparing SEO plans for the execution and optimization of SEO strategies.

Assist in handling digital marketing activity on Google Ads for SEM performance optimization.

Prepare monthly SEO/SEM performance review.

Communication and liaison with relevant stakeholders within the organization (Aftersales, Sales, CRD).

Brand Governance & Compliance

Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines and CI standards.

Manage OEM approvals for campaigns, events, and creatives.

Maintain showroom visual standards and brand consistency.

Ensure customer data privacy and regulatory compliance in all marketing activities.

Performance Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance, digital metrics, and ROI.

Maintain dashboards covering lead volume, CPL, engagement, and conversion.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign post-mortem reports.

Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data.

Plan, manage and track AOP marketing budgets for all touchpoints from both digital and retail platforms to ensure maximum impact on ROI to the business.

Review market trends and research to anticipate competition, monitor changes and competitor analysis, actively monitor consumer behaviour to incorporate into all marketing efforts to ensure meeting the targeted audience.

Retail Marketing & Events

Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives to drive showroom traffic.

Lead customer events such as launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and test-drive events.

Coordinate vendors, venues, agencies, and internal teams for event execution.

Ensure events will deliver strong customer experience and sales support.

Qualifications & Experience
