As a Media Manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and shape the future of our brands.In this role, you hold the keys to unlocking the perfect media strategy that will captivate audiences both online and offline.

You'll be the mastermind behind implementing and tracking impactful media campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall media strategy. Here's what your role entails:

  • Unleash your expertise in online and offline media by making savvy choices and setting budgets, with a special focus on paid digital and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies to craft comprehensive media plans that include both digital and non-digital channels, keeping our campaign objectives in mind.
  • Keep a watchful eye on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments when needed.
  • Forge strong relationships with media agencies, ensuring we extract maximum value from our investments and that deliverables are met (think spot lists, mid-reporting, landscape presentations, and more!).
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues, forming an unbreakable bond that allows for seamless collaboration.
  • Report directly to the Head of Customer Conquest/marcom, allowing to align creative & media strategy


  • A proven track record of managing successful media campaigns and working hand in hand with media agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian media landscape, including social media and digital platforms.
  • Project management expertise that keeps everything on track and within budget.
  • The ability to run budget and provide clear instructions that leave no room for confusion.
  • A penchant for meeting deadlines and ensuring timely execution.
  • Good knowledge in Dutch, French, and English, ensuring smooth communication across all fronts.
  • A keen eye for detail that helps you craft exceptional campaigns.
  • A passion for staying up to date with industry trends, always hungry for the next big thing.
