Delivery Consultant

Trivett Subaru is part of Inchcape Australasia, a global automotive leader. As a Delivery Consultant (12-month Fixed Term Contract), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class service while benefiting from a supportive and innovative work environment.

What you will do

• Daily FMO (Fleet Management Organisations) portal updates 
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and sent out in the specific time frames
• Coordinate fleet delivery preparation
• Ensure all customer stakeholders are kept aware of all key milestone and or changes
• Close fleet deals and forward or upload any fleet paperwork to portals 
• Allocate funds to contracts
• Communication and Connections with Autonexus Fleet Conversion
• All Government and Operating Leases Support
