Our Quality and Inventory department at AutoNexus Derrimut is seeking a Leading Hand to join our warehouse team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in executing our bold vision. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy.

What you’ll do

• Implement a culture of Teamwork and develop teams in the line with the ANX customer first focus strategy.
• Develop and train staff to maintain a multi-skilled work environment and for the future benefit of ANX.
• Monitor and make recommendations for improvements of processes to meet and better contractually agreed service levels.
• In consultation with management, coordinate labour resources effectively to optimise the teams KPIs.
• Review of operational processes and streamline where possible.
• Act in the Team Leader position and operate a forklift as required.

About you to be successful in this role you will be:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and results.

• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A proactive problem solver

• Holding a current Forklift Licence
