What’s the opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a Processing Manager who will be responsible for all site activities of receiving, processing, preservations and distribution by providing quality finished vehicles in agreed service level of major brands and related services to meet present and future needs of our OEM Customers.

The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Advise freight provider re vehicle shipments, co-ordinating transport moves from wharf to compound
• Organising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planning, working staggered shifts (early starts) in accordance with Workplace Enterprise Agreement
• Provide continuous improvement processes to improve productivity performance of the Processing area responsibilities
• Provide strong leadership for the Vehicle Processing team and manage team communications
• Monitor and review team performance, developing strategies and plans to address any performance issues
• Be responsible for rectifying any complaints received regarding Quality (AIMS) and take corrective action as required

To be successful in the role, you will:​

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• ​Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Have a passion for excellence in all areas
• Have experience leading and developing a high performing team
• Have a drivers licence
