About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Retail Training Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our retail workforce. This role will design, implement and oversee training programs that empower our employees to deliver top-notch service, drive sales, and maintain our company’s reputation for excellence.

 

Reporting to the Franchise Director your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions. Design, develop, and deliver a range of integrated learning interventions that drive customer centricity and improve soft skills.
  • Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings. Collaborate with HR to improve leadership capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.

About You

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A full drivers licence
  • Facilitation of learning experience across a wide range of learning platforms
  • Experience in e-learning course creation with Articulate360
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of learning programs including instructional design
  • Experience in analysing a business problem and working with key stakeholders to develop a solution to resolve it
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education or a related discipline
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
