What’s the opportunity?

Our Trivett Dealership representing Peugeot  is a leading automotive service provider dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and high-quality vehicle maintenance. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Docklands and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

 

This role will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability through providing quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties include:

  • Review completed repair order
  • Process customer payments
  • Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
  • Generate and monitor the daily run sheets
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
  • Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
  • Coordinate service bookings
  • Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all times

To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to display:

  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in a Service Advisor role
  • Experience with leading a small team
  • Highly developed customer service skills including ability to confidently resolve conflict
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Current Driver's licence and clean driving record
