We’re on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on Service Advisor to join our busy team. If you’re great with customers, have a passion for the automotive world, and know your way around a workshop schedule, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Booking in customer vehicles for servicing and repairs, understanding their needs and concerns

• Providing customers with realistic time frames and cost estimates for the work required

• Coordinating with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work

• Explaining repair recommendations and options to customers, and obtaining their approval

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and tactful manner

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and vehicle work

• Supporting the team and contributing to a positive, customer-focused work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in using automotive service management software and systems

• Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
