Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations at our automotive store. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store, provide exceptional customer service, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.

 

AutoNexus Altona are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join their team.

 

Reporting to the processing manager, your duties will be as followed however not limited to:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Order parts for all vehicles operation requirements based on customer pipeline, min / max quantities
  • Procure special requirement items at the direction of management.
  • Receiving all parts/goods and store in designated warehouse locations in a timely manner
  • Receipting all parts/goods into the ERP system within a timely manner and resolving all discrepancies as required
  • Ensure invoicing and other related paperwork is in order
  • Ad hoc projects and activities as required.
  • Complete audits on all client stock take.

 

About You:

  • A full drivers licence
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Hold a forklift licence or in process of obtaining licence
  • Sound knowledge and experience in logistics and/or the automotive industry
  • Experience multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Experience with Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Experience using SAP ERP system or similar
