About the role
We're looking for skilled and passionate Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic team at Subaru Glen Waverley. If you're driven by precision, performance, and pride in your work, this is the role for you. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards while contributing to a high-performing workshop environment and delivering quality outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs and service requirements.
• Follow manufacturer standards, repair procedures, and workshop processes.
• Perform road tests and quality checks to ensure completed work meets required standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all work completed.

About you

• Qualified Motor Mechanic with a valid Trade Certificate.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer outcomes.
• Hold a valid driver's licence.
